Reporting to the Business Services Administration Manager these roles support the seamless operations of Reception and Facilities in a brand-new office in the Sydney CBD. This role is perfect for anyone looking to expand their skills in facilities and concierge where you will be supported within a connected, although geographically dispersed team, one that supports each other for success.
Your new role
Providing superior customer service to meet on-site client's expectations
Provide local area inductions to visitors and company personnel Coordinate couriers, mail, and fax services
Be the professional face of the client organisation
Ensuring safe and compliant facilities are always maintained
What you will need to succeed
You are an Administration/Reception superstar with a passion for administration services and all facets of front desk reception
Prior experience in a corporate environment
You have a great ability to create and maintain above and beyond working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
You can work calmly with a high level of initiative and have the ability to coordinate and prioritise changing priorities
