Receptionist Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers and patients
- Receiving and processing orders for compounded medications
- Answering incoming phone calls and emails
- Processing sales and orders
- Processing payments
- Data entry and sound Microsoft computer skills
- Sales reports and other administrative reports
- General administrative and office duties
- Hitting daily KPI's and striving to achieve team goals
Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure
- Excellent time management skills
- Highly goal driven and motivated by KPI's
- Experience in a high volume reception or call center role
- Ability to problem solve and always look for opportunities to improve
- Ability to task-switch and thrive in a fast paced environment
- Growth mindset with a desire to learn and adapt to innovating changes
- Efficient problem solving skills, ability to think outside the box
