Receptionist Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to our customers and patients
• Receiving and processing orders for compounded medications
• Answering incoming phone calls and emails
• Processing sales and orders
• Processing payments
• Data entry and sound Microsoft computer skills
• Sales reports and other administrative reports
• General administrative and office duties
• Hitting daily KPI's and striving to achieve team goals

Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail
• Able to work under pressure
• Excellent time management skills
• Highly goal driven and motivated by KPI's
• Experience in a high volume reception or call center role
• Ability to problem solve and always look for opportunities to improve
• Ability to task-switch and thrive in a fast paced environment
• Growth mindset with a desire to learn and adapt to innovating changes
• Efficient problem solving skills, ability to think outside the box

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 – $53,000.00 per year
