We are looking for an enthusiastic Reception & Administration Officer to join our team. If you have a positive attitude, can prioritise your workload, have good organisational skills and you are a team player, then this is the role for you! The Reception & Administration Officer is responsible for supporting the administrative and operational tasks and processes of the Connects Day Service teams, across all sites and services in the Casey and Pakenham area. This position will work collaboratively with the Connects team to ensure service documentation is up to date and aligns with organisation policies and procedures and NDIS requirements.
The role may require travel to our sites within the Casey area and is based in Pakenham, where you will also oversee the front reception area, be the first point of contact for visitors, answer and direct phone calls and provide strong customer service both internally and externally.
