Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our reception and housekeeping teams to ensure a high standard of service is consistently delivered.
• Implementing effective systems and processes to maintain a smooth running of the office.
• Addressing and resolving any issues or challenges that arise in a timely and professional manner.
• Training, mentoring, and providing ongoing support to team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Manage annual residents rent and paperwork.
• Provide after-hours on call phone support for guests. 

Qualifications:

• Previous managerial experience is essential.
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in social media is a bonus. 
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve common goals.
• Training provided in our reservation management system.
