Surf Coast Holiday Rentals have been managing holiday rental properties for over 16 years. Our office manages over 130 properties including holiday houses, apartments and hotel rooms in Torquay, Jan Juc and surrounding areas.

We are located in the centre of Torquay and are looking for a self motivated person to join our friendly team.  Someone who has the ability to think ahead, problem solve and use their multi tasking skills will fit right in.

Essential skills are:

  • strong work ethic 
  • computer skills using MS Office
  • excellent customer service focus
  • high level of professionalism
  • multi tasking ability 
  • attention to detail
  • must have own car with current drivers licence
  • problem solving skills and common sense
  • ability to work within a small team

This role involves taking bookings over the phone and via email. Matching the right holiday house to the right guest is important, so excellent listening skills is a must.  You will be required to do guest check-ins/outs on a daily basis. 

Starting immediately. This is a casual position, hours range from 15 hours up to approx 25-30 hours per week during peak season. Christmas and Easter is our peak times, so must be available over these times.

Full on the job training will be provided with proven systems and processes already in place.
