AddressWe are looking for a Receptionist to join our team at our Ashmore office. This role will provide reception, administrative and scheduling support to the NDIS Local Area Coordination (LAC) Partner in the Community program team. You will provide information and support to participants, their families, and carers, operating as their first point of contact with the organisation with our team.
This position has become vacant due to internal movement. We take career progression very seriously here at Carers Queensland and we develop our staff as much as possible!
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing a professional and welcoming reception service to all participants, carers and visitors.
- Preparing rooms, materials and equipment as required.
- Providing general information in response to participant enquiries and refer to appropriate internal stakeholders when required.
- Using the NDIA IT System to record appointments, notes, and actions to ensure the development and maintenance of accurate data.
- Full-Time role contracted until June 2023
- Attractive Remuneration Package of CSW2.1 - $60,394.50 per annum (plus superannuation)

- Demonstrated experience providing reception support?
- High level of communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to build rapport and adapt skills according to the audience or target group involved?
