SalaryKundalini Hair has led the Canberra market for 15 years providing exceptional hair services. Situated in Barton at Hotel Realm, we provide our clients with a luxurious space to retreat from every day and receive expert advice and hair care in a relaxed, intimate, and professional environment.
We are looking for a highly motivated and organised person to be the face of our Front of House. Reception is an Integral role to the salon's ongoing success, in this role you will be operating a very busy and multifaceted environment; managing our complex client booking system, ordering and managing stock, with the central focus of delivering service excellence to our clients at all times and in line with our core values.
What you will bring to the role:
- An eagerness to welcome clients and ensure they have a seamless experience in line with the Kundalini values and their requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate across a range of channels.
- Exceptional administration and organisation skills, and the expertise to manage client bookings in line with salon services and stylist availability.
- Immaculate personal presentation.
- The capacity to learn and maintain a fundamental understanding of all Kundalini services and products.
- The ability to work independently and guide a small team of part-time receptionists as required.
- Available to work rostered hours as shown below.
- Able to work on your feet for periods of time though-out the course of the day.
Required hours:
Monday 9.00 - 2pm
Tuesday 8.30am - 5pm
Wednesday 8.30am - 5.30pm
Thursday 8.30am - 6.30pm
Friday 8.30am - 2pm
This role is job shared with other part-time receptionists. The hours and days can vary slightly during your employment with prior consultation. Additional hours available if desired.
