Solve Law is a highly regarded Immigration law firm in the heart of Manly Beach NSW.
Duties will include:
- Answering telephone calls, transferring calls or taking messages where appropriate (low volume)
- Assisting clients booking online consultations with our lawyers/agents
- Meet and greet clients coming into the firm
- Attending to couriers – both incoming and outgoing
- Attending to the mail including PO Box
- Ensuring Reception is presented to a corporate standard
- Ensuring faxes, emails and voicemails are monitored and actioned regularly
- Assisting the Client Services team for the Corporate team with any overflow work such as opening and closing files, document formatting and editing and filing of emails.
A flexible approach to tasks is essential. You will be happy to take on all the small bits and pieces of the office that make an office run well and do it with a smile and a cheerful disposition!!
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years Reception/Client services experience (mature / senior candidates are welcome to apply). You will have the ability to listen well, follow instructions given and be pro-active in your approach to your daily tasks. Legal experience, or professional service experience is essential.
PLEASE NOTE: this is a full time, permanent position with standard working hours of 9am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00 – $71,950.72 per year
