We are seeking to appoint an experienced Receptionist to work in one of our major building project offices based in North Sydney. Being the face of the project office, you will have exceptional presentation and communication skills.
Duties include however not limited to:
- Manage open/close of Reception
- Providing high level of customer service
- Process & manage the delivery of orders & stationery stocktake
- Assist with function and events set up
- Meeting room coordination including VC meetings
- Process internal/external Mail/Couriers
- Process orders for stationery and kitchen stock through JD Edwards
- Assist with office onboarding process for new starters and transfers
- Assist commercial and design team with administrative tasks when required
- Recent reception or administrative experience in a similar position
- Excellent organisational, planning and coordination skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Proficient with MS Office
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
