About the Role
The Brown and Hurley Group are growing fast and want you to be part of our team in Darra. In this role, you will:
- Undertake reception & admin duties
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Operate switch board, greeting visitors, data entry, filing, scanning, office & kitchenette upkeep
- Answering inquiries and providing information on goods and services
- Organise meetings, arrange travel reservations for accommodation, flights and car rental.
- Provide back up to other departments
- Maintain office equipment and office stationary supplies
- Petty cash
- Paclease invoicing
About you
- Previous reception and administration experience
- Is customer-focused, team-orientated, self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Excellent attentional to detail, communication and organisational skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Previous experience working in a vehicle dealership is desirable
