Due to great growth, a Receptionist is required.
This is a temp to perm role, based in Willawong, QLD.
Some of your duties are (but not limited to):
- Handling general enquires via phone and email
- Maintain detailed records of customer interaction
- Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis
- Maintaining reception area in the office, meet and greet visitors and maintain appropriate communication
- Manage kitchen and stationary supplies
- Daily processing of incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with Human Resources duties as required including preparing new employee documents, scanning and filing.
- Assist departments of the business with administrative tasks as required
Some skills you'll need to be successful are:
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
- Exceptional multitasker
- Professional presentation
- Great communication skills with excellent phone manner
- Strong time management skills with proven ability to plan and prioritise work tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good computer literacy
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and unsupervised, as well as part of a team
- A positive attitude and an eagerness to learn about our industry and processes
- Car and licence
