They are currently on the lookout for an enthusiastic Receptionist to join their team - this is the perfect entry-level role for someone with administration experience who is looking to transition into the world of real estate!

The Position

In the role of Receptionist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answer and direct all incoming calls and enquiries
  • Meet and greet clients in the office
  • Diary management and appointment booking for the team
  • Upload property listings on the website
  • Assist with admin support for the sales and property management team
  • Data entry and database management

The Person

The ideal candidate for the role of Receptionist will have:

  • No real estate experience required - a strong work ethic and willingness to learn is a must!
  • Previous experience in an administration or receptionist role in an office environment ideal
  • Current NSW Certificate of Registration
  • First class customer service and communication skills
  • Must be computer savvy with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and a great multi-tasker
  • Immaculate personal presentation
