About the Role:
Maxima’s valued client are seeking a proactive Receptionist to join their team. This role is mainly responsible for customary receptionist and administrative support duties.
This position duration is from the 20th of March to the 6th of April with full time hours Monday to Friday based in Edwardstown.
Greeting clients and directing to the appropriate personnel
Operation of telephone switchboard and managing incoming calls and messages
Document management including copying, scanning, and filing and other support tasks
Data entry
General maintenance of reception areas
About You:
Experience as a Receptionist is essential
Experience with Xero is desirable
Ability to take direction and use initiative
High standard of presentation
Ability to work both autonomously and with others as part of a team
Excellent verbal communication skills and a warm and inviting phone manner
