The Role
This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the School’s Main Reception by providing high quality administration and reception support, and exceptional customer service to our school community.
Responsibilities
The role includes the following responsibilities:
- Reception duties - including distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and email
- Manage parent, staff, student and community enquiries
- Manage and maintain multiple shared meeting room calendars
- Reconcile relevant office accounts and invoices
- Maintain and update procedural manuals
- Assist and provide administrative support to departments within the Corporate Services division as requested
- Responsible for the development of reception administrative processes and efficiencies
- Assist and provide support with Print Room administration
- Administration tasks as required including
- Maintain collaborative working relationship with the Senior Executive Assistant and campus administration teams
To be successful in the role you will bring the following with you:
- VCE or equivalent
- A tertiary qualification will be an advantage
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a reception or administrative position
- Experienced in Microsoft Suite, with excellent spelling and grammatical skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office365 and Synergetic will be an advantage
