AAPA is looking for a suitable candidate to join the team as a full-time Receptionist and Administration Assistant located at our campus facility in Wagga Wagga, NSW.
Job Description:
- Answering telephone enquiries, provide information and or direct calls to appropriate departments and personnel.
- Attending to all visitors and assist other staff within the organisation with their enquiries.
- General administration and clerical support such as booking accommodation, making access cards, ordering of stationary, organising travel and mail distribution.
- Issuing and collecting uniforms, exam packs, maps and laptops to and from cadets and staff.
- Maintenance of AAPA Libraries.
- Maintenance of the front office/reception area and meeting rooms in impeccable condition.
- Assistance with allocated tasks.
Selection Criteria:
- High standard of personal presentation
- Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Express email system
- Able to work independently
- Able to show initiative to achieve tasks and handle enquiries
- Able to start work immediately will be preferred.
