Seeking an experienced individual for a receptionist/administrator role for an immediate start.

This Canberra based organisation is looking for an experienced individual to join their team on a temporary basis to start immediately.
Your new role
In this role you will be required to provide administration support to the office. Due to an increased workload, this opportunity is available to join this business on a temporary basis.
Your main duties will include:
Excellent customer service skills
Strong understanding of using Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of MYOB accounting software
Highly organised and flexible approach to work
Provide administrative support to the team such as managing mail, emails and preparation of documents and correspondence, and running errands of the team
Process payments from clients, via cheque, cash or Eftpos payments.
Assist in preparation for meetings, conference, and events.
Obtained associate diploma and relevant certificate in Business Administration or similar field is highly desirable
Minimum 2 years administration/reception experience will be highly considered
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you must be immediately available to start. You will have demonstrated reception/administration experience, highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, excellent attention to detail and enjoy working within a team environment.
