Opportunity for a personable and professional Receptionist with great administration and organisation skills to assist this professional company.

Temporary opportunities for “can do” and proactive office support professional.

Responsibilities will include:

· Answering call, responding to client enquiries and providing messages to other staff

· Meeting and greeting visitors

· Office support and administration duties including sales support

· Organising and ordering office supples

· Ordering from suppliers and data entry duties

· Responding to emails in a timely manner

· Supporting on company based projects when required

· Data entry and system processing

The successful applicant will be able to meet the following:

· Proven track record working in a Reception/Office Support role

· Be available on 16 December 2022

· Well developed communication skills

· Superior presentation and relationship building skills

· Advanced Microsoft Office and systems skills

· Adaptable, flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks

· Excellent telephone manner

· A proactive “team player” with a “can do” attitude
