Our practice is privately run and therapist owned. We are now in need of a talented Receptionist to join our growing team.
The purpose of this position is to support the functioning of the practice; ensuring kind, empathic and organised assistance to our clientele and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Open and Close clinic as required.
- To greet patients and other callers at the Practice in a courteous and efficient manner.
- To answer the telephone promptly and courteously.
- To schedule appointments for clients and co-ordinate appointments efficiently with therapists.
- Processing payments including queries and chasing unpaid invoices.
- Manage and assist accounts/client data via NDIS portal.
- Scan and upload patient files.
- To enter and update patient registrations and patient notes on our practice management software.
- To liaise effectively with referring practitioners and organisations courteously and helpfully.
- To assist the therapists as needed including material creation.
- Running errands as necessary.
- To deal with emergencies when necessary, following set procedures.
- Other responsibilities may be added as the company grows to require more assistance.
- Job Type: Part time/Full time 2-5 days (9am - 5pm). Mondays and Wednesdays are a must.
- Salary range $50,000 - $60,000 will be dependent on experience and pro-rata depending on number of days worked.
Preferred Experience:
- Medical/Allied Health Receptionist/Administration
- NDIS Administration
- Halaxy Practice Software Experience
- Location: Oran Park and/or Glenmore Park, NSW
