Located in Footscray, this leading immigration law firm offers Australian and NZ immigration services to individuals and businesses in Australia and across the world.
THE ROLE
They are seeking a part time receptionist/administrative assistant to join them 4 days a week in the office. Duties for this position will include, but are not limited to:
- Meet and greet visitors and offer refreshments;
- Book and confirm meeting room availability and manage changes to meeting room bookings;
- Ensure the meeting rooms and the reception area are kept clean, tidy and well presented at all times;
- Set up meeting room facilities including audio visual equipment;
- Arrange and manage courier bookings and paperwork;
- Receive incoming deliveries and couriers;
- Maintain reception registers and records; and
- Ad hoc admin duties, including open and closing files, when required.
To be considered for this role you will have proven reception experience, ideally within a law firm. In addition to this you will:
- Be an organised and proactive candidate who takes pride in their presentation;
- Possess a strong communications skill set;
- Be able to take on extra days to cover leave; and
- Knowledge of Leap software preferred.
