Great opportunity to get your foot in the real estate door! Located in the beautiful suburb of North Manly in a buzzing and vibrant location. Our client is on the lookout for an energetic and motivated receptionist to join the team. Providing the highest standard of service to their clientele, we are looking for someone who is well presented, articulate and has a passion for property.
About the Role:
Working on a busy reception desk Monday – Friday, your role will be varied and will include the following:
Meet & greet clients
Answering all incoming calls
Sales & marketing support
Directing enquires & diary management
Assisting with Property Management administration
Maintaining a tidy office
Managing office supplies
Skills & experience required:
Current Certificate of Registration or working towards
Immaculate presentation
Enthusiastic & outgoing
Attention to detail & ability to multi-task
Ability to build strong relationships with staff & clients
Strong communication skills
Ability to multi-task
