The Role:

This position will see you learning the ropes from the inside out and prospecting into a qualified property officer. Duties:
Managing the front desk – Be the first point of contact with clients!
General administration & database management
Answering & redirecting calls
Answering customer inquiries
Proactively communicating with prospective tenants, existing tenants & landlords
Managing relationships with tradespeople
Issuing keys to tenants
Completing ingoing & outgoing inspections
Arrears control
Skills & Requirements:
A current Certificate of Registration is essential however no previous experience is required. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who is ready to take on a new career! A successful candidate will also attribute:
Strong written & verbal communication skills
High attention to detail
An optimistic attitude
Exceptional time management & organizational skills
The ability to work well under pressure
A high standard of personal presentation
