We have an opportunity at our Meadowbrook office, for a proactive individual to step into the dual role of Receptionist & Sales Support Administrator. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a knack for organisation, this role is tailor-made for you.
What is the Role?
The role is responsible for, however not limited to:
- Serve as the face of Fantech, managing reception duties including call handling, customer assistance, and overall desk management where required.
- Administer customer tender request data base.
- Assist in monthly follow-ups and maintenance of outstanding open orders, working closely with sales representatives and engineers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide comprehensive support to the sales team, ensuring all processes are executed efficiently and promptly.
- Assist in maintaining customer / market intelligence and generating required reports.
- Routine ordering of stationary and other supplies.
- Maintain kitchen supplies and tidiness.
- Assist with warehouse/despatch administration.
Who are you?
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Strong interpersonal skills conducive to effective communication and collaboration.
- Previous experience in reception and/or Sales Support roles is advantageous.
- Analytical acumen with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Exemplary customer service and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional time management skills coupled with the ability to think on one's feet and adapt dynamically to evolving situations.
