About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual to join our Receptionist/Switchboard team in a fixed term part time (28 hours per fortnight) position, until June 2023. Additional hours will be required as rostered to cover periods of annual and sick leave.
Duties and responsibilities include reception duties at the Main Entrance reception area for the Warrnambool Base Hospital, operation of the hospital's switchboard, courier duties, assistance with Retail Shop and cashier function and other general office duties as required.
The successful applicants will be required at times to work up to full time between the core hours of 6.45am and 9.15pm including weekends and public holidays.
What you bring
A high degree of professional organisation, time management and communication skills are required together with a sound knowledge of Microsoft computer applications. Accurate data entry skills and the ability to work in in both a team and independently with limited direction is also essential for the role.
