They are currently seeking a motivated individual to be a Receptionist Trainee.

About the role

Day to day duties include (but not limited to):

• Answering inbound calls and general reception duties
• Basic sales enquiries.
• Preparation and distribution of invoices and statements.
• Management of accounts payable & receivable including following up of outstanding debtors.
• Bank reconciliation of business accounts and bookkeeping.
• Maintaining the client database including the verification and addition of new clients.
• General office duties including electronic and paper filing and assisting the Managing Director as required.
• Other duties as required.

To be a successful applicant on this role, you must be:

• Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Software (Excel, Word etc.)
• A desire to pursue a career in business and administration, by having a willingness to learn and develop skills.
• Great customer service skills.
• Has a friendly and outgoing personality.
