ECG Engineering is a specialised electrical engineering consultancy providing services to the Mining, Utilities, Materials Handling and Industrial sectors. With head office in Welshpool and offices in Brisbane, Manila and Toronto we provide engineering services throughout Australia and across the world.
We are currently looking for a multi-skilled and professional Receptionist / Travel Coordinator for our Welshpool office. This role will wear several hats with the emphasis being on coordination of company travel requirements and attending to the reception needs of the office. Key tasks will include:
- Organising travel bookings, visa and mobilisation requirements for projects
- Managing the reception function
- Managing office support services including meeting rooms, stationery, kitchen requirements and the like
- Supporting the Accountant/Administration Manager with accounts reconciliations and data entry
While exposure to an engineering environment would be well regarded, competence with office computer applications, strong interpersonal skills and an adaptable, can-do attitude are all “must have” pre-requisites.
