About The Role

We’re looking for an receptionist to join our small team based in the office in Belrose.

There will be opportunities to progress your career if desired, as you will be working with team members from all functions of the business (ie management, marketing, sales, logistics etc)

This is a full time office based 8:45am – 5pm role. We can consider shorter days to suit other commitments for the right candidate.

The role includes some office support duties including:

• Customer service (via phone, email, walk ins)
• Greeting guests
• Ensuring the office space and showroom is well maintained
• Office administration and organisation
• Processing invoices and paying bills
• Coordination of service providers and trades
• Assist with ad-hoc promotions
• Running errands as required (ie banking, picking up supplies, lunches etc)
• Any ad-hoc duties to support the management team

About You

You are a proactive, enthusiastic individual who can work autonomously. You enjoy juggling multiple tasks at once with your great time management skills. An positive “can do“ attitude is a must, with no task too small or project too large. Most importantly, you like have a bit of fun at work (and since we are a toothpaste company - with a smile on your face!).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $21.00 – $40.00 per hour
