You will be the face of our firm, welcoming clients on the phone and in person. Your role is key and important!
Your role will include (but is not limited to):
- Answering the phones/making calls
- Meeting & greeting clients
- Managing the mail in & out each day
- Staying on top of stationery, office and kitchen stock levels
- Ensuring our meeting rooms, kitchen etc. are kept clean and tidy
- Setting up the boardroom for meetings
- Managing the meeting room calendar
- Running errands when required
- Archiving, filing , scanning and copying
- General administration (including sending basic correspondence)
- Helping out with staff & client events
- Arranging courier deliveries
- Assisting the legal team when required

Salary: $42,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Parramatta, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- High School (Year 12) (Required)
Experience:
- receptionist / admin assistant: 1 year (Required)
