We currently have a vacancy for a Receptionist/Administration Assistant in our busy Keilor Park facility. This position is being re-advertised due to an internal promotion.
The key focus will be to assist the Fleet Manager and the Warehouse Manager with administration and vehicle management tasks. You will be the first point of contact for customers and facilitate the handover of both inbound and outbound vehicles.
Professional presentation and personal interaction are critical as you will be dealing with a variety of clients. Just as important is an ability to liaise and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will need to be flexible and enjoy dealing with a changing, fast-paced, and varied environment.
You must have strong attention to detail, as vehicle activity and movements must be precisely recorded. Training will be provided to ensure you are able to conduct quality control and damage inspections on inward and outward vehicles.
The successful applicant will also demonstrate personal initiative, be conscientious, and possess a strong work ethic.
Key Tasks will include:
- Updating spreadsheets and maintaining records on our Fleet Management System.
- Liaising with national operations to ensure consistency of service.
- Helping to co-ordinate vehicle logistics for events.
- Booking vehicle transport.
- Maintaining administrative records and helping to generate reports.
- Assisting with administrative tasks as required.
MSR will also provide full training in our automated Fleet Management System (FMS).
