H&G has just won the Trade Hardware Store of the Year for NSW - and we're keen to bring new perspectives to our established store in Peakhurst.
We are looking for a hard working individual to cover reception and general administrative duties.
SKILLS AND ATTITUDE REQUIRED:
Team player
Good communication and telephone manner, customer service
Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
Attention to detail
High competency of Microsoft Office
“How Can I Help” and “Add Value” attitude
Be honest, respectful and trustworthy
Continuous improvement and evolving with the marketplace
KEY DUTIES:
Answering external calls and directing per requirement
Taking and relaying messages
Ordering stationary as required
Petty cash reconciliation
Assist customers face to face
Reconcile daily banking
Drivers lisc-banking travel daily
Process customer account credit card/ cash/ cheque payments from account receivable/ customer
Other general office duties as required
Clean and keep tidy the whole work area as required
Builders product knowledge an advantage
