- Managing the switchboard and redirecting calls
- Meet and greet clients in a friendly, professional and courteous manner
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Good computer skills
- Respect for confidentiality and discretion
- Well groomed, professional appearance
- Organise incoming and outgoing mail
- File and scan documents
- Receipt rental monies
- Prepare correspondence on behalf of property managers
- Ensure all waiting areas are clean and tidy
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
The successful candidate will be approachable and have a very reliable work ethic
A certificate of registration and or any real esate experience is preferred
