The Company
Our client is an ever-growing Organisation, and they need your expertise in Recruitment to work with their Recruitment team. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will add value through front end, administrative recruiting support, implement effective processes and be a pivotal player in improving recruitment processes.
The Role
Your primary responsibility is to handle the Recruitment Administration process as a support of the wider Recruitment team. You will work alongside the Recruitment Manager & wider Recruitment team to understand the hiring needs of the business and action on administrative needs within the business. This position would include:
Managing/supporting with end-end recruitment, including, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
Drafting job descriptions and advertisements, to working with hiring managers to establish recruitment needs.
Screening and sourcing talent through a range of channels.
Shortlisting suitable candidates and organising and/or conducting phone screens/interviews.
Coordinating the recruitment process
Assisting with onboarding of new hires
Conduct Reference Checks
Other Administration duties as an when required.
Your Skills & Experience
Proven Administration experience in a similar industry is highly desirable
You are extremely process driven, and able to implement and follow procedures
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to organise and collate documents and data with a structured manner whilst ensuring accuracy and suitable filing
Ability to adapt to market trends.
Strong communication skills to maintain positive working relationships with hiring managers and team.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management skills.

To be successful in this role, you will be someone who has experience working in a similar Administration, or front-end Recruitment position. You will be a resilient individual who will strive to meet the challenges of the market and implement a working strategy. You are an individual who is motivated by being highly organised and structured, being able to set targets for yourself and structure your day accordingly. You will also be an exceptional communicator on all levels and thrive on implementing processes based on your previous experience and strong working ethic. This will allow you to thrive working in a fast paced and consultative HR framework which focuses on business growth and personal up-skilling.
