The Position
Assist in the management of the front-end recruitment process, from sourcing through to medical
After-care of candidates, mobilisation submissions and liaising with our training Academy and site access
Document control
Ensuring an outstanding candidate experience
Greeting candidates at reception
Proactively working as part of our great team and providing assistance to others when required
Talent pooling for current and future vacancies
The Person
Proven resourcing, administrative and organisational skills
Recruitment experience is not required
A strong sense of initiative and drive to deliver in a busy environment
Exceptional phone manner, attention to detail and data entry skills
Problem-solving skills and ability to deliver on tight deadlines
