Job Description
Key responsibilities will be within recruitment, selection and on-boarding which includes the following:
End to end; Posting adverts online, screen and call candidates, book interviews and attend when required, reference checks.
Prepare letters of appointments, maintain records and general HR database management.
Coaching hiring managers, providing support regarding recruitment, request approvals for management hires.
Other aspects to the role that are to be supported are as follows:
Co-ordinate training.
Ad-hoc administration.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be organised, self driven and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
Also the right person will be as following:
6 - 12 months experience in a recruitment admin or resourcing role or a high level of exposure to recruitment with an interest in the field.
Confident communication style and demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage your time effectively.
Enthusiastic and interested in recruitment.
Experience using Office 365 and adobe suite.
