Brisbane Airport Hotels Group encompasses the Pullman, Novotel and ibis Brisbane Airport Hotels, as well as the Brisbane Airport Conference Centre. With 532 guest rooms, 3 restaurants, Rooftop Event Space, Executive Lounge, IRD`s and 17 meeting spaces. Located at the Brisbane Airport precinct, it is the first accommodation, meeting and event space to be developed in this precinct.
The group is currently seeking a Recruitment Administrator on a Part-time basis reporting to the Director of Human Resources. This role is suitable for someone who has a genuine interest in Recruitment and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for all aspects of recruitment function, which includes but not limited to:
- Managing the Recruitment Inbox and delivering excellent service to our managers, applicants and new starters.
- Assisting with posting job adverts, organising interviews, keeping recruitment reports up to date, and updating our recruitment database.
- Assist in candidate sourcing, utilising a range of resourcing platforms.
- Conducting candidate reference/background checks.
- Collating and storing qualifications and documents.
- Adding candidate notes to our database.
- Answering general recruitment enquiries both internally and externally.
- Ad-hoc administration duties as requested by Director of Human Resources.
