About the role:
- Compliance checks of recruitment documentation
- Auditing documents and systems
- Creating new employee hires in the system
- Auditing pre-employment administration process
- Booking candidate assessment centres
- Attending assessment centres and assisting with face-to-face interviews
- Ensuring accurate information is maintained in the ATS
- Coding and distributing invoices
- Proven administration experience gained in a HR or Recruitment environment
- Demonstrated experience using recruitment software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate level of Excel skills required
