You will be forming a new and growing HR team, which will pave the way for their next chapter as they take their HR frameworks and support to the next level.
About the Role
In this role you will be responsible for coordinating the full end-to-end recruitment function for technical positions within the business. This will include LinkedIn research, writing advertisements, screening candidates, face-to-face interviews, conducting reference checks, new employee inductions, putting together contracts and liaising with internal stakeholders on a day-to-day basis.
You will also be involved in the development of innovative, short and long term recruitment solutions, as well as the development of talent pipelines, and resourcing strategies. The focus of this role will be to deliver resourcing and recruitment services using your proactive and outcome driven processes.

Demonstrated experience managing the end to end recruitment processes
