The Position
- Proactively sourcing candidates using various marketing strategies
- Ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout the end to end recruitment process
- Partnering with senior site stakeholders for current and future growth recruitment activities
- Building healthy talent pools through networking and business relationships
- Internal or agency recruitment experience on high volume areas
- Experience in the resources and remote sector, is advantageous, but not essential
- Someone looking for a stepping stone to eventually move into a senior recruitment position
