About The Role
You are a trusted and experienced recruiter who displays tenacity and innovative search methodology in identifying prospective candidates. You will partner with hiring managers and employees across our entire business in supporting them to meet their recruitment needs.
We are a small but highly experienced dynamic team offering flexible working options to provide a rewarding, challenging role with opportunity for development and growth.
Provide recruitment subject matter expert knowledge and guidance to colleagues and hiring managers.
Develop and maintain professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Develop proactive passive sourcing, talent pooling and innovative attraction strategies.
Utilise contacts and industry knowledge to target and recruit diverse candidates.
Focus on opportunities for continuous improvement across the recruitment process.
Contribute to recruitment specific projects such as system improvements, employee value proposition, branding, advertising & marketing, diversity recruitment, university engagement, sponsorships, scholarships and project recruitment.
About You
You are a proactive, out of the box thinker whose approach to partnering with stakeholders creates effective recruitment solutions and delivers results. Your influencing skills coupled with best recruitment practice will guide hiring managers to find their best candidate. No day will be the same, you will be based in our corporate office with visits to our operational sites.
Solid experience and success in recruitment within the resources sector.
Capability to operate autonomously and manage assigned recruitment portfolio.
Understanding of the mining industry, particularly within an owner-operator environment.
Experience in candidate management systems, talent pooling, recruitment marketing, advertising, social media and other attraction & sourcing strategies.
History of successful partnering, relationship building and influencing of hiring managers.
Success in initiating innovative continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience in bulk/volume and/or project recruitment campaigns would be beneficial.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to tailor communications for different stakeholders.
