About the Role:

WorkPac are seeking a for our client a Recruitment Advisor - White Collar. This position offers a Monday to Friday roster, located in Henderson.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Talent Acquisition: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies tailored to attract white-collar professionals across various disciplines.

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach, to identify and engage passive and active candidates for white-collar positions.

  • Candidate Evaluation: Screen resumes, conduct pre-screening interviews, and assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit to determine suitability for open roles.

  • Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for all parties involved.

  • Candidate Management: Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, feedback, and guidance to ensure a positive candidate experience.

  • Employer Branding: Promote the organization as an employer of choice within the white-collar talent market, leveraging employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

  • Offer Management: Facilitate offer negotiations, conduct reference checks, and manage the offer acceptance process, ensuring competitive and compelling offers are extended to selected candidates.

  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, interview feedback, and recruitment metrics using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment databases.

  • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform recruitment strategies and ensure competitiveness in attracting white-collar talent.

  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and other stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with business objectives and priorities.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on white-collar positions within professional services, corporate environments, or similar industries.

  • Strong understanding of white-collar talent markets, including knowledge of relevant industries, job functions, and skill requirements.

  • Excellent sourcing and candidate assessment skills, with the ability to identify and engage high-caliber candidates.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and MS Office suite.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.

  • Proactive mindset with a focus on delivering results and driving continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
