- Recruitment of high-volume numbers, whilst being able to manage an end-to-end recruitment process which will include various client approval systems
- Utilising cost effective and strategic planning to source suitable candidates
- Providing a high level of customer service to candidates and talent pools
- Liaising with relevant internal stakeholders daily to ensure the supply of personnel is being met in the required time frames
- Maintain personnel records, ensure information contained in personnel file is current and comprehensive and complies with statutory record keeping requirements
- Liaise with Altrad’s Training Facility to ensure all pre-mobilisation training requirements are met
- Maintaining and utilising internal recruitment databases and social media accounts i.e. LinkedIn, SEEK and Facebook.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an internal Blue-Collar Recruitment role preferably in a maintenance or shutdown environment
- Experience working within a contractor or labor hire environment, preferably on major projects and on-going maintenance operations
- Experience using internal recruitment and mobilisation systems
- Accustomed to a busy fast paced and ever-changing environment
- Well organised with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and priorities
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills with stakeholders across all levels
- Ability to use initiative to get the job done
- Resilient and tenacious attitude.
