This position is a fixed term full-time opportunity commencing as soon as possible until 31 December 2023 with the possibility of extensions and/or permanency.

Appointment will be made either at Level 3 or Level 4 depending on recommended applicants’ level of experience.

This selection process may be used to fill other similar at level vacancies that arise within twelve (12) months. Applicants deemed suitable but not recommended may be considered for those roles.

About the Role

This position is responsible for providing customer-focused advisory and support to stakeholders in end-to-end recruitment services, job classification, talent management support and operational workforce planning, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and government policy.

Essential Criteria

  • Demonstrated experience in providing a human resource advisory service within a complex and diverse organisation.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in the use of Human Resource Information Management Systems.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to liaise with a broad range of stakeholders to deliver quality service within agreed timeframes.
  • Demonstrated research, organisational and analytical skills with an ability to resolve problems.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment and independently to deliver service within agreed timeframes.
