We’re looking for an amazing Recruitment/ BD Officer to join our team
Duties will include:
Actively recruiting for our E&IC project roles within the Mining & Infrastructure industries
Forging relationships with clients and potential clients for business development purposes
Regular liaison with existing clients and personnel to ensure project team success and positive relations
Building a contractor and client database for use during peak periods of project/ personnel demand
Additional admin duties as/ when required
Experience/ skills required:
Min 3-5 years Recruitment experience
E&IC experience within the Mining & Infrastructure industries
Demonstrated Business Development exposure
Client and personnel liaison/ relation building experience
Energetic personality with the drive and foresight to advance business success
