What will I be doing?
Joining us as a Branch Manager you will start your journey with on the job training, learning all aspects of recruitment and employment within the transport & logistics sector.
You will learn how to manage a team to develop a portfolio of drivers and customers and become their account manager to manage their needs on a daily basis. When your clients ask your office for a driver your team will search through our extensive database of drivers for the best driver. You will manage them to continually recruit drivers by advertising roles and interviewing these drivers for your clients.
You will go out to meet with potential customers to demonstrate how great you are at delivering a fantastic service to them to assist in all of their recruitment needs.
You will learn all about running a recruitment business to put you in a great position to develop your career, to become a high earning branch manager with opportunities to progress to State Manager and on to a Directorship.
What are we looking for?
We are a people business so we people that are outgoing, very competitive, talkative, focused, energetic, funny and are generally go-getters.
You will have previously sold anything, preferably, a high margin, premium product, and be used to managing the sales process from start to finish. Ideally you will have some people management experience as well and have lead a team to achieve sales success.
