Responsibilities are but not limited to:
- Building and managing client and candidate relationships
- Prospecting for new business
- Opening new vacancies and getting advertisements online
- Use your social media and networking skills to spread the word
- Screen applications and talk to prospect candidates about the role
- Register and interview your shortlisted candidates
- Present the shortlist to your client and hold discussions on experiences etc
- Perform reference checks
- Present offers and be part of the celebration
- Ability to negotiate, multi-task and be highly organised
- Be able to think quickly on your feet
- Thinking outside the box is a necessity
- Have the ability to build rapport quickly
- High attention to detail and quality processes
- Great computer skills and experience within a database
- Enjoy networking and picking up the phone and speaking with people
- A Human Resources degree or similar will be of great benefit.
