About the Role
At KHC, we're always working on something new. You'll never get bored at our organisation from liaising with commercial clients to supporting not-for-profits and the government sector. In this role, you'll:
*Contribute to B2B business development and client engagement activities
*Develop and maintain a client portfolio within a segment/domain
*Build relationships with clients and candidates
*Source candidates proactively, including strategic sourcing and headhunting
*Perform CV screening and initial interview responsibilities
*Conduct candidate interviews and provide constructive feedback
*Acquire talent to fill roles across a variety of industries and sectors
- Work collaboratively with other recruitment team members
