Job description Recruitment Consultant
Location - Southbank, Melbourne
Salary - $70,000 - $90,000 + super + commission (salary is based on level of experience)
With a new year on the horizon and too many live requirements to count, we are looking at expanding our business support offering here at Fetch. The team is already made up of two other Consultants who operate across the residential and civil construction markets so this role will focus on servicing our commercial construction clients. Fetch was built on our relationships in the commercial space and so you will be able to leverage off of our most experienced staff, walking straight into live roles.

Working in the built environment Fetch have a diverse range of Consultants with anything from 6 months of experience through to 10+ years. We specialise and work within each part of the construction process and each desk is tailored to the individual.

- Attract, source and meet with candidates that are relavant to the roles you're promoting
- Manage clients by developing or maintaining existing relationships to generate new roles
- Meet with clients to understand their resourcing needs
- Negotiate and agree terms of business and other contractual elements with new and prospective clients
- Build solid recruitment processes that allow you to work effectively
