Our team are currently seeking a flexible, enthusiastic, and professional Recruitment Consultant to support our recruitment team located in Williamstown North.
As part of the recruitment team, you'll frequently liaise with both internal and external stakeholders, therefore excellent interpersonal skills are a must!
As a respected and important part of our team, you’ll play an important part in ensuring that our recruitment function runs smoothly! You will be responsible for professionally communicating with internal and external job seekers and stakeholders, flawlessly handling confidential matters, and managing multiple priorities with a great deal of care.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement sourcing strategies (LinkedIn recruitment, Seek Talent, etc.)
- Recruiting nationally
- Screening resumes and application materials
- Conducting Interviews (Face to Face & Zoom)
- Strong reporting skills and excel experience is preferred
- Conducting reference checks
- Assisting with following up on compliance documents
- Performing data entry duties
- Creating job ads
- Assisting with filling job orders
- Providing strategic high-quality support to a friendly, busy, tight-knit recruitment team
- Proactively managing the shared inbox
- Performing ad hoc administrative duties as requested by management and the recruitment team
TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly
- Excellent attention to detail
- 2+ years of Recruitment / HR experience
- Datasavvy/ Fasttrack 360 experience (advantageous)
- Advanced computer literacy / solid tech skills
- Proven data entry skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Exceptional communication skills – Professional, tactful, and timely
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude towards change
- Must be reliable, punctual and have a positive, enthusiastic attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
