Cox Purtell is looking for our next Recruitment Consultant to work with our state government client based in Sydney CBD. This initial 6-month contract role will be based in Martin Place with a flexibility to work from home.
The Recruitment Consultant will develop and maintain talent pools and market insights by researching, identifying, contacting and attracting relevant level professionals to support talent planning and recruitment processes enabling the business to deliver hiring objectives and ensuring an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience.
They will also build strong candidate pipelines through direct and indirect candidate sourcing, sourcing channel optimisation and proactive development of talent pools.
In addition to these, the following criteria outline those that are relevant to this specific position.
SELECTION CRITERIA:
- Demonstrated experience in the provision of workforce transitional and/or redeployment programs.
- Experience in recruitment for executive level roles.
- Demonstrated skill and experience delivering training and skill development workshops.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Well-developed coaching and relationship management skills.
