The Brisbane Manufacturing team is a high performing, tenured team that is pivotal to the growth of our Manufacturing team nationally. We have an established client base and are now looking for a strategic, dynamic and motivated Recruitment Consultant to help us continue to build on our successes.
Our Recruitment team play a pivotal role in shaping the careers of individuals and driving the success of our clients. Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with both clients and candidates whilst collaborating with a dynamic team of recruitment professionals, sharing insights and best practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and job market dynamics
- Providing expert guidance and advice to clients and candidates
- Lead generation and development
- Sourcing candidates through various channels including advertising, our CRM and search platforms
- Conducting interviews and assessments to match candidates with suitable positions
- Achieving and exceeding recruitment targets
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-2 years experience in Manufacturing recruitment including blue and white collar, temporary and permanent recruitment
- Client management experience will be highly regarded
- Ability to consistently deliver the highest customer service and relationship management level
- A team and customer centric approach to work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, upbeat environment - your peers are passionate, fun, engaged and love what they do!
