Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant with experience in talent acquisition within the home care industry to join our team. As the Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring talented caregivers who share our commitment to providing exceptional care to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our Department Managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for available positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and on boarding/induction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records to ensure applicant tracking systems and procedures are followed.
- Build and maintain relationships with employment agencies, universities, and other talent sources.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and metrics to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (desirable).
- Proven experience in recruitment consultancy, preferably within the health care industry.
- Familiarity with talent acquisition best practices and techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems.
